If the product you received is not what you have ordered (e.g. a different design, the wrong fabric etc.) - don’t worry. Contact us at email@example.com, 14 calendar days after receiving the package at latest. Wait for our request to send it back, and then do it - send us the order back (we’ll cover the costs of delivery). After we get it back we’ll make sure to send you the right order as soon as possible (14 working days at latest).
If the order is in line with the order but for some reason you’re not satisfied, we’re sorry to inform you that you won’t be able to return it. The product is custom made right after we register the payment so it is not possible to return your order (According to Art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)).
