Damage-resistant printed fabrics

Do you need to print a pattern on a fabric, which is mostly made of natural cotton? Do you have an idea what you can sew with the fabric prepared in this way? If you answered yes to the above questions, we have something for you! Our company performs secure printing on a sweatshirt fabric on request, in accordance with the OEKO-TEX certificate. So you can be sure that the printed sweatshirt you will receive from us will be harmless, biodegradable and non-toxic. Printing on the tracksuit from our assortment allows you to make such items as: sweatshirts, blouses, children's clothes, chimneys, hats, blankets, skirts and dresses. This means that the printed sweatshirt fabric gives a lot of room for all those who like and know how to sew. However, it is worth remembering that our materials must be washed in the right conditions. At 40 degrees Celsius on the delicates program at a maximum of 400 rpm. Preferably with the use of a detergent that does not contain phosphates.

Print on natural fabrics

Material with your own print

The basis of each order is the material on which we apply the dye - pigment in accordance with the designed pattern. It is these carefully selected and tested materials that significantly determine the final success of the project. We order our fabrics in the best Polish and English weaving mills. We refine them according to a "secret recipe". Thanks to this, the fabrics are finished so that the material is best suited to print and at the same time has the best features and performance. Suitable strength and abrasion resistance.

PRINTING OF BLACK PATTERNS

The offered print does not get through the fabric structure and does not stain / discolor the yarn. Therefore, when ordering black designs, please bare in mind the possibility of washing off the colour, this problem applies mainly to knitted fabrics. In this case, we recommend fabrics with the addition of polyester (Jersey with polyester, loop knitted fabric with the addition of polyester).

Printed fabric with OEKO-TEX certificate

We make sure that the entire process of preparing the fabric for printing is safe for the user. That is why all our fabrics are finished in accordance with the OEKO-TEX certificate.

Print on GOTS certified cotton fabric

We also offer printing on natural GOTS certified cotton fabrics. Delicate and durable canvas in a natural color of broken white. Perfect for children's clothes, airy dresses, shirts, delicate curtains, cuddly clothes, blouses, pajamas, sheets, blankets and tablecloths.

The choice of fabric for printing

Each fabric has many unique features. We have fabrics made of cotton, linen and bamboo. Individual print materials differ in weight, thin such as lawn or natural canvas, medium like noris, satin and thick like panama or linen. The print width of our fabrics is about 150 cm. It should be remembered that treated fabrics show some shrinkage, usually around 3-4% in length and width. We print from a bale of material so we have quite a lot of freedom in arranging patterns for printing. When placing an order, please specify the size of the project. The smallest order is a sample (20x20cm), a larger coupon (48x48cm) and a basic size, i.e. a running meter, when printing fabric from the roll. When ordering a printout, you can use the designs of our designers, with whom we "share" the percentage of the order, or you can use your own design, then the print price is 10% cheaper than the base price. Pigment printing with GOTS certificate and OEKO-TEX passport

The print we offer is made with water-based pigment inks; they are completely free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and alkylphenol ethoxylates (APE), which makes them harmless, non-toxic and biodegradable. The process of printing with inks that are biodegradable and without the use of water makes our printing an environmentally friendly solution.
