• What can I buy at ku-ka.pl?

  In our store you can buy fabrics, wallpapers or posters printed on demand. But no ordinary ones…

  Here you can design your own fabric, wallpaper or poster, and you can do it in three different ways:

  First way: you can send us your design (it could be your child’s drawing, a picture of a loved one or a project designed by you), choose a material type and the amount. Order it and wait for a personalised product with your own design.

  Second way: you can choose a design from those available at our website. These are created by professional designers. Then choose the type of material and the amount.

  Third way: we give you a number of designs to colour in. Choose a design, add colour, choose type of material and the amount.

• How can I place the order?

  You can do it in two ways:

  1. While visiting our website, sign up, accept the terms and conditions and create your account.

  Then place your order. Fill in the necessary information to complete the order (you have to do it only while placing your first order). Having an account also gives you the ability to manage your designs.

  2. While visiting our website you can place your order in the cart, fill in the necessary information necessary to complete your order and that’s it. You don’t need to have an account to place orders on our website.

• Can I cancel my order?

  If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at [email protected] If we haven’t already started preparing your order, we will be able to cancel it.

• How much do the materials cost?

  You can find all of the current prices here.

• What does the cost depend on?

  The cost of the order depends on:

  -type of material

  -size / quantity

  -delivery method

  -type of design:

  When you use one of the designs created by our designers or one that you have coloured, you pay the regular price.

  When you use your own design, you get a 10% discount.

• Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

  Absolutely! If you want to order more than 15 linear meters, email us at [email protected] We’ll work something out ;)
