New Zealand surface pattern designer Crissie Rodda has been following her passion for art making and creativity for as long as she can remember. With a degree in Media Arts and a background graphic design and photography, Crissie fell in love with the pure magic of pattern and illustration after her middle daughter was born and cannot imagine herself doing anything else now.

Inspired by the places, people and seasons that surround her, Crissie's designs are sweetly sophisticated with a quirky hand drawn aesthetic and playful colour palette.
