The preview colors might look different than the ones on the fabrics, you'll find more information about it here. If you want to check how your design will look like on a given fabric you can order a sample or a coupon. When you buy a sample, a coupon or 1 linear meter, you'll see the actual printing surface in the preview. When you order more than a linear meter, you'll see the first meter in the preview. The design will look exactly the same on the following meters of the fabric.

You can choose three different payment methods

• a regular bank transfer
• a credit/debit card
• An electronic payment by BlueMedia

Paying on delivery is not possible since we start working on your projects after we receive the payment.

We send our orders through Poczta Polska

• a regular letter
• a registered letter

Or by a courier - we use GLS

If the product you receive is not what you ordered (e.g. a different design, the wrong fabric etc.) - don’t worry. Let us know at [email protected]. Send us the order back and we’ll cover the costs of delivery. When we get it back we’ll make sure to send you the right order as soon as possible.
If the order is right but for some reason you’re not satisfied, we’re sorry to inform you but you won’t be able to return it. The product is custom made right after we register the payment so it is not possible to return.
